My journey has taken me from a double major in biochemistry and psychology to executive roles at Pfizer, from building commercial operations in the Middle East to founding Women Leaders in Pharma. I’ve led teams of over 100 people, managed budgets exceeding €650 million (circa 1.050 million CND$), and consistently ranked in the top 5% in management surveys.

I am an EU-certified coach, a DEI-certified professional from Cornell, and an unapologetic optimist who believes in your potential. And yes, I wear hoodies all year round, because I believe substance will always matter more than suits. My entire career has been about making a difference.
